How to Order

There are two ways to order, from this web site with our secure shopping cart or by witting out you order and sending it by post.

On line:

You can use our on line shopping cart to place an order, payment can be made via credit card with PayPal or Nochex.  Post and packing UK is automatically added, We have no minimum order value , orders under £10 please add £1 for post and packing for orders over £10 please add 10% to your order total (Uk)

By Post:

You can place an order by post, to make it easier for you we have a order for you to fill in and print off this Order Form or you can use your own stationery, please print your name and address including your post code.
We accept payment by cheque, postal order  Please make payable to Paul Howard Pro Magic  (cash is sent at your own risk).

Telephone orders:

You may contact us by phone in normal office hours from further information however we do not accept payment by credit card over the phone due to the high cost of card processing by banks. Credit card can be used on this web site.

Post and Packing and Insurance Outside UK:

We can post our magic to any country which ParcelForce delivers too, A quotation for delivery is at the moment supplies only by email, please use our contact page  to tell us what you require and we send a quotation ASP.

Insurance:

We fully insure every item we dispatch,  on the very rear occasions the item is not delivered please check with the post office first that your parcel is not been held in there depot as " unable to delivered" then contact us so we can instigate a insurance claim. We will keep you informed with the progress of the Royal mail investigation copies of correspondences can be supplied.
